Client Relations Manager
Sherry Kutz is the Client Relations Manager for Assured Assistance, a non-medical home care company. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in Criminal Justice. She worked as a Juvenile care worker, a Corporate Travel Agent, and an elementary Instructional Support Aide then finally landing in her current role of Sales and Marketing. All these rolls provided her with valuable experience which helped Sherry quickly realized her niche was with the clients. Home care is where are heart is, that is what Assured Assistance is all about. Sherry works in the community to share the value of home care, a best kept secret. Sherry attends community events, speaks at local community gatherings and meets with families to see how we can add value to aging. Aging doesn’t have to be dreaded! Assured Assistance will help you live your best life. When not working, Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years and her two children. She enjoys reading, painting, running and spending time outdoors.

Kelly has been working for Assured Assistance since 2011. She has worn many hats over the years in the office. She finds working in this industry and specifically for Assured Assistance to be extremely fulfilling and gratifying. Every day is a new adventure and never a dull moment. Keeping our clients safe and happy in their “Home” where ever that may be is always the main objective.

Kelly was born and raised in Fleetwood and continues to live there with her husband, Joel, whom they share 5 children and 6 grandchildren. She has a college degree in Business Management. She has worked in a managerial role in business for over 36 years. She is very involved in her community with non profit organizations and loves giving back her time as a volunteer in many civic organizations. She has held the office of President for 8 years for Fleetwood Civic Organizations and Fleetwood Crime Watch. She likes to use the involvement in the community to spread information on Senior Care. She works in fundraising and awareness programs for the Alzheimer Association and the Cancer Association.

When Kelly is not working for Assured Assistance, she spends her time dreaming of Disney and going to Cape May with her family. She is energetic and has started running as a pass time.

Employee Development Manager

Stacy Helms recently joined the Assured Assistance team as the Employee Development Manager.

Stacy will take the lead in maintaining employee records, completing employee evaluations, and tracking performance and attendance. She will also be responsible for assisting in the creating of the schedule for our employees while simultaneously matching those schedules to the care plans and schedules of our clients. In addition, exploring hiring opportunities and retention programs appropriate for our staff as well as visiting clients and care staff weekly to maintain standards of care.

Stacy was born and raised in Berks county. She graduated from Alvernia with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She worked as a Right of Way agent, Customer Service Manager and Project Manager. All of her experience has taught her the importance of working with clients, employees and all supporting a common goal.

Stacy enjoys hiking with her two dogs and day trips to new places on the weekends. Her passion is working with local animal rescue to help and volunteer.

Christina Bradbury

Office Assistant

Christina is the Office Assistant for Assured Assistance, also stepping into a variety of marketing duties, in the office and offsite and occasionally pitching in for caregiving shifts Christina has been employed in this role since March 2019, but it is not her first capacity in Senior care. She has worked over the last twenty years as an administrator, scheduler, client liaison and caregiver in the Senior care industry. These roles have furnished her the tools to passionately provide service and attention to clients and caregivers alike, and to the details associated with excellent customer service for non medical in home Senior care needs. She is also a volunteer with Circle of Life Coalition (dignity at end of life) including administrator for Assured Assistance’s Facebook presence.

Outside of the office, Christina practices as a certified massage therapist and Reiki I energy healer. Her most satisfying responsibility, outside of the workplace is being the caregiver to her 14 year old furry best friend, a Dachshund/Pekinese rescue dog named Littlebear. Their outdoor walks for exercise and enjoyment are the highlight of Christina’s days. Preparing delicious, inventive food, photography with her iphone, social media for the greater good and writing are her soul-interests during her time away from work.
