Sherry Kutz

Managing Director

Sherry Kutz is the Managing Director of Assured Assistance, a non-medical home care company. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a BS in Criminal Justice. She worked as a Juvenile care worker, a Corporate Travel Agent, and an elementary Instructional Support Aide, then finally landing at Assured Assistance. All these rolls provided her with valuable experience which helped Sherry quickly realize her niche was with the clients. Sherry’s career began with Sales and Marketing and now she shares over 10 years of senior care experience with our clients. Home care is where our heart is, that is what Assured Assistance is all about. Sherry works in the community to share the value of home care, a best kept secret. Sherry attends community events, speaks at local community gatherings, and meets with families to see how we can add value to aging. Aging doesn’t have to be dreaded! Assured Assistance will help you live your best life. When not working, Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years and her two children. She enjoys reading, painting, running and spending time outdoors.

Michelle Sirak

Client Relations Manager

Michelle Sirak is the Client Relations Manager for Assured Assistance, a non-medical home care company dedicated to supporting seniors in living safely and independently at home. With over 10 years of experience in senior care, Michelle is deeply passionate about advocating for older adults and helping them maintain dignity, quality of life, and peace of mind as they age.

In her role, Michelle partners closely with clients and their families to educate them on the value of home care and to develop personalized solutions that support aging in place. She believes that home care is one of the best kept secrets in aging well; aging does not have to be feared, and with the right support, individuals can continue to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. This philosophy aligns at the heart of Assured Assistance’s mission.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, her three children, and her two stepchildren. She also enjoys staying active through working out, kayaking, and hiking, as well as relaxing evenings at home watching movies with her family.

Nikita Whitfield

Staffing Coordinator

Nikita Whitfield is the Staffing Coordinator for Assured Assistance with over 11 years of experience in home health care. She plays an essential role in recruiting, hiring, and supporting compassionate caregivers who provide high-quality care to our amazing clients. With a strong passion for helping others, Nikita is deeply committed to caregiver success and believes that well-supported caregivers lead to the best client outcomes.

Nikita is dedicated to enhancing caregivers’ skills through hands-on training, particularly in providing compassionate care for clients with cognitive impairments, physical limitations, and geriatric needs. She works closely with caregivers to build confidence and ensure they are prepared to meet each client’s unique needs. Her responsibilities include caregiver staffing, routine check-ins, performance support, and implementing new staffing processes to improve efficiency and quality of care.

Known for her approachable leadership style, Nikita is dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with both caregivers and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her significant other and making new memories. She is a proud mom of three boys and a sports mom at heart, supporting her children’s athletic activities and bringing the same energy, dedication, and teamwork into her role every day.

Katie Krammes

Scheduling Coordinator

Katie Krammes is the Scheduling Coordinator at Assured Assistance. She has been creating schedules in the home care industry for the past three years, and she finds the work incredibly rewarding. Assured Assistance has helped tie together her passion for assisting those in need with her love of building effective schedules. She takes great joy in being part of a team where, every day, they make a meaningful difference. Katie plays a pivotal role in ensuring the exceptional care we provide to our clients, happens everyday.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Family movie nights and travel days are a big part of her life. Some of her hobbies include singing, playing the piano, and scrapbooking.

Theresa Stoyer

Administrative Coordinator
Theresa is the Office Coordinator for Assured Assistance and our sister company, Paramount Living Aids. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating tasks, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records for billing and payroll. While she does not have a formal background in homecare, she brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability to everything she does. She is naturally organized, observant, and committed to doing things the right way, which helps provide thoughtful and dependable support to our office team, caregiving staff, and to our clients. When she’s not in the office, Theresa enjoys traveling to explore new places, reading, photography, and recharging at home. These activities bring balance and inspiration to her personal and professional life.
