Help at Home. Independence That Lasts.
Personalized elder care that helps your loved one stay comfortable, confident, and independent in the home she loves.
A shower without being rushed. Getting dressed. Breakfast, and the medications at the right time. The laundry, a ride to the doctor, companionship for the afternoon. A caregiver does the parts of the day your mother can't do or doesn't want to do alone anymore, in her own house, on her own schedule, tailored to your family's needs.

Your Home. Your routine. Your decisions.
The care plan starts with a conversation about what matters most to your mother, what she feels comfortable doing on her own, and where a little help would make life easier. We also listen to family members who may notice changes or concerns that are harder to recognize from day to day. Her care plan is tailored to her needs and preferences, with help at her own pace. This may include assistance with showering, meal planning and transportation to the grocery store, pharmacy, hair appointments, medical visits, or other errands, based on her needs and our transportation policies.
In the house, a caregiver could do things like:
- Help with the shower, hair, drying, and dressing
- Make breakfast and plate lunch, left in the refrigerator for when she is ready
- Medication reminders with supervision as needed
- Do the laundry, change the sheets, and keep the kitchen and bathroom clean
- Drive to the grocery store, the pharmacy, a haircut, and the doctor or other appointments. Wherever you need to go
- Give a steady arm on the stairs and keep the walker within reach
- Sit down for cards, a favorite show, or a walk to the corner
Let's talk about you for a minute.
It's your home, your routine, and your decision. You choose what help you want, whether it's cooking, cleaning, shopping, a ride to an appointment, or simply having someone around for company. You decide when we come and what works best for you.
Nobody moves in or takes over your kitchen. We're here to help with the things that have become harder, not take over the things you can still do.
And if you don't feel comfortable with your caregiver, tell us. We'll work with you to find someone who's a better fit. When you find someone you like, we'll do our best to keep that familiar face coming back.
If the house itself is the problem, a step without a rail or a tub nobody can climb into, our sister company Paramount Living Aids installs grab bars, stair lifts, and ramps.
Accepting help isn't the end of doing things for yourself. It's often how you keep doing them longer.

Questions families ask about elder care at home
How do we get started?
A Client Relations Manager meets with you and your loved one for a free, confidential home visit. We listen to your concerns, discuss the help that's needed, and develop a care plan around your loved one's needs, preferences, and routine.
How do you choose the right caregiver?
We match caregivers based on experience, personality, and the needs of the care plan. You'll meet your caregiver when services begin. If the match isn't right, let us know. We'll work with you to find a better fit. Then we don't just send a caregiver and hope everything works out. Someone from our office follows up to see how things are going, answer questions, and make adjustments when needed.
Will we have the same caregiver every time?
Consistency matters. We do our best to keep the same caregiver on your regular schedule and cross-train other caregivers when possible, so there's someone familiar with the routine when scheduling changes are necessary.
Who do we call if we have a question or concern?
Our office team stays involved after care begins. We follow up to see how things are going, address concerns, and make adjustments when needed. Our office has 24-hour, seven-day-a-week on-call support, so you have someone to contact when an issue can't wait.
