As a result, seniors receive well‑rounded support from multiple community providers.

Our Community Partners in Reading, PA

Our community partners in Reading, PA, help us extend care beyond the home. These organizations offer education, support, and resources that benefit seniors, caregivers, and families. In addition, they provide valuable programs that promote safety, independence, and overall well‑being.

We collaborate with local nonprofits, senior centers, health organizations, and caregiver support groups. For example, many families rely on community programs to access transportation, meal services, dementia support, and financial guidance. Furthermore, these partnerships allow us to guide clients toward trusted services that complement our non-medical care.

Because of these relationships, families gain access to a wider network of support. This ensures seniors receive well‑rounded care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs. We are proud to work alongside organizations that share our commitment to compassionate, community‑focused care.
